Have you felt the stress of jumping between multiple open tasks and not feeling like you're getting traction? Multitasking destroys focus, flow, quality, performance and so much more. This frequently happens in the IT / MSP world because we are bombarded with requests from all sides (tickets, emails, Teams/Slack messages, phone). Todd Kane from Evolved Management recently published a short 3-minute video with several fantastic tips on reducing In Progress ticket. Ideally, each technician should only be doing 1 or 2 tickets at a time. Topleft of course makes it easy to see this!
